All our frames are made in the UK
Our frames are made from Aircraft spec T45 Tubing. All joints are braised with a GasFluxer using nickel bronze or manganese rod as required. Head bearing are sealed Timken taper bearings with 1" bore to fit most Classic Yokes.
Swinging arm bearings are 1" bore Phosphor bronze top hat bushes with stainless steel bearings and spindle,and a grease nipple to change grease as required. The basic frame is supplied unfinished. Nickel or Chrome plating is available at additional cost.
The oil is in the Frame on Bsa and Triumph frames. The KSI HONDA XL350 has a wet sump and no oil in Frame. Under development at is an Evo Honda mono shock frame kit. Contact us any time for more info.
